This video displays one of expert fabricators welding round a four link bracket, he is welding the bracket with one hand and rotating the axle on the stand with the other.
Gartrac axles are tubed with heavy gauge CDS tube and fitted with CNC machined stub axles, all brackets are jigged to ensure accurate geometry. Prior to build all axles are checked on V blocks on a surface plate to ensure correct alignment. Only the highest quality components are used in assembly.
