Astra Xtrac
A comprehensive space frame chassis / roll cage was fabricated, picking up suspension mounts and other vital points. The outer body had Kevlar / carbon mix bonnet, doors and tailgate.
John Welch competed with this car in British & European Rallycross Championships in the late 1980's.
