Terry Nicholls Capri
The Capri started life as a Group 1 car, Gartrac then set about extensive modifications.
- Installing a Ford GA power unit, a V6 3 litre with overhead camshafts, 4 valves per cylinder head and fuel injection. The engine produced 450 BHP and was extremely reliable.
- Bodyshell fabrication which included fitting four link suspension and watts linkage
- Extensive Bolt in Rollcage
- Fabricate bespoke aluminium front and rear wheel arches and spoilers
Terry raced the Capri with great success in the 1980's, winning many races in saloon and thunder saloon car championship events.
